Lead Hand (Nights)

The Lead Hand – Accommodations (Nights) is responsible for leading the night shift housekeeping team at the remote Voisey’s Bay Mine Camp, ensuring that all accommodations and common areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Working under the direction of the Accommodation Manager and Senior Lead Hand, the Lead Hand coordinates nightly cleaning tasks, assigns duties to staff, and performs quality checks to ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards. This role also provides mentorship and on-the-job training to team members, promotes safe work practices, and supports efficient shift handovers. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, and be comfortable working in a remote, team-based environment.
